this page is for simple reviews of new albums/singles i've listened to

oil of every pearl's uninsides (sophie) this is one of the greatest experimental albums of all time. sophie was one of the most talented producers and singers ever and i miss her so much. the production is just insane on this album. it is just ear candy and her singing is amazing and everything about this album is perfect. sophie was one of the greatest artists of our time and one of the greatest trans icons. 10/10 favourites - every track

album review - food house (food house) this is the most maximalist shit i've ever heard out of the hyperpop and adjacent genre and it's really amazing. gupi and frax bring out the best parts of each other as a duo and it's just fucking insane to listen to. the songs are fucking catchy and silly goofy writing, but it's just incredible how much chemistry they have together. this is one of the most underrated hyperpop albums. 10/10 favourites - all of them

album review - frailty (jane remover) i fucking love this album. jane's production, their vocals, everything about this album is amazing. the production is really nicely experimental and i just really love her vocals. i think they hit it out of the park with this, and also royal blue walls and contingency song are amazing singles too. this is a must listen if you enjoy experimental music. though it is missing a small touch that would make it a 10. 9/10 favourites - every track

album review - midnights (taylor swift) i came into this album with fairly neutral expectations, even as a big taylor fan, and left quite pleased. taylor's vocals are really incredible, and i really enjoyed listening to it, and obviously being a taylor swift album the production was smooth and clean. i think her vocals are the really stand out performance here, 9/10. favourite tracks - lavender haze, maroon, anti-hero, snow on the beach, you're on your own kid, midnight rain, karma, sweet nothing, the great war, paris, would've, could've, should've, dear reader least favourites (still good) - question...? and vigilante shit

album review - fishmonger (underscores) great album, although it really took a while to grow on me. but once it clicked, it turned it to be a great hope album with catchy songs and epic instrumentals 😺, although i do wish the production was a bit less clean in a way, sometimes the songs just feel too clean. 9/10 favorite tracks are second hand embarrasment, bozo bozo bozo, spoiled little brat, and your favorite sidekick. i guess least favorites would be where did you fall and the fish song

album review - ok orchestra (ajr) kinda same deal as the neotheatre review so yeah low effort review i basically just like everything here 10/10

album review - neotheatre (ajr) great album lol i quite enjoy ajr's music even if all of musictwt would kill me lol i really like the vocals and the instrumentals and really everything about this album. good lyrics, good vocals good instumentals and it's a fun album. 10/10 favorite tracks are all of them

album review - twin fantasy (car seat headrest) love this album, probably in my top 5. both mtm anf ftf are amazing with both having differnet production, ftf is way more clean but mtm is a bit bad production wise but somehow ends up sounding amazing. amazing lyrics and sounds and amazing vocals makes a fucking awesome album. 10/10 favorite tracks - all of them

single review - hell is here (cryalot) great single from sarah of kkb, love the time n place sound and that really feels like that. beat is great and the vocals are fucking amazing. 10/10

album review - gluee (bladee) probably my favourite bladee album with eversince, great beats and vocals and amazing features. i actually have tht vinyl for this which i ordered during presale best purchase ever. i suck at writing so i have nothing else to say but probably one of my favorite albums ever. 10/10 favourite tracks - all of them

single review - embrace/min (phixel) underground music time :) mae is one of the greatest people i know and these new songs are fucking amazing. i love the features so much, love the vocals love the instrumental fucking all amazing easy 10/10 imo fav tracks - embrace, min

album review - be (bts) this album (is it an album or ep? idk) is pretty short but all the songs are good. mostly all upbeat and good. seen some of the songs here live too, great performances. not much to say honestly, it's just a fun album and one of my favorites out of 2020. favorite tracks - telepathy, blue and gray, life goes on, fly to my room. least favorite - dynamite 9/10

album review - e (ecco2k) this album is beautiful, and just makes me ascend. the songs instrumentals are fucking amazing, not too harsh and soft and nice, and eccos vocals are heavenly. favorite tracks: all of them least favorite (if i had to choose): bliss fields 10/10

album review - the most beautiful moment in life: young forever (bts) this is a great album. the songs are great, same with the instrumentals and vocal performances. i've also seen a few of these songs live and they're just as amazing. the beats can be energetic or a bit sad, and they both work together great. this review doesn't include remixes, not a fan of them tho. 10/10 favorite tracks: all of them least favorite: none

album review - mainstream sellout (machine gun kelly) this album fucking sucks. it's a contender for worst album of the year. the instrumentals are inoffensive at best, just bad at worst, and mgk has horrible vocals. the features make no sense, featuring blackbear, lil wayne (twice), willow, gunna, young thug and maybe more idk i forgot cause the album is so ass 1/10 favorite track: none but if i was held at gunpoint and had to choose emo girl least favorite track: all of them

album review - rainbow bridge 3 (sematary) this is probably the most unique album i've ever heard, it's great. the beats can be a bit samey at times, but it's still unique just due to the sound alone. the screamy vocals are amazing along with the dj sorrow tags. favorite tracks: god's light burns upon my flesh, necromanser, forest fire, creepin thru da woods, come with me to hell, meet by the river and truey jeans least favorite (if i had to choose): maybe witching hour

10/10

single review - trip (yung lean) this single is great, and after listening i'm super excited for the new lean album. the beat is amazing and weird, and lean has great vocals. 10/10

album review - 1000 gecs (100 gecs) this album is simply amazing. it is my most listened to album ever, with over 4k plays and i still haven't gotten bored of it. it never loses it's energy throughout every song, from the vocals to the instrumental. it's fun all the way and i love it. favorite songs: 745 sticky, money machine, stupid horse, gec 2 u, hand crushed by a mallet least favorite song: i need help immediatly 9.5/10
